A handful of the desperate, vagabonds, slaves and deserted soldiers escaped to form the city of Tyr Sangta, which prospers in an empty but new land. Much knowledge was lost to the wasteland, seemingly never to be recovered. When a new (and perhaps dangerous) tool is re-invented, characters from all walks of life rush to save the city from collapse.
